Good stuff

Actionable strategies here. I wasn’t sure how to deal with my anger, but one thing I know is, it’s getting out of hand. Good thing I acted fast before seeing an anger management therapist. There are some good stuff here to learn.

the author can relate with me.

Ever since my sister was left by her husband, I began to struggle with my anger. It’s already getting out of hand and somehow, they were able to convince me to grab some self-help books and let it guide me. I was both curious and skeptical when I got this. As the discussion progresses, things took a different turn. It became more meaningful and it’s clear the author can relate with me. This has been very helpful.

Easier to manage.

Anger does not always mean we can be in control of things.
With the sound advice and a simple and effective plan for change, our anger can be calmed and controlled with. At first, it sounds like a dream. I mean, I have this anger problem for years now and I already have three kids. My extreme and unpredictable anger would just occur and after few minutes, I would regret everything. Thanks to this, I learned a thing or two. It’s not easy, but soon enough, there’ll be some change.

working for me

For every anger-related issue, the authors give a variety of suggestions, emphasizing that the reader should try different approaches to find what works. And that's good, because no one method will work for everyone.

self-help book

It views anger from many different ways and helps us to understand that this emotion given to us by God is normal; it is our behavior that could cause this to sin. Overall, an excellent book.
