Great Overview of DBT

This is a great overview of DBT. There is one boring part where all the different types of people DBT is good for is covered, but other than that it's excellent. The readers voice is perfect.

Very informative

I feel that this book would be helpful to anybody who wants to change their behaviors in order to feel better. It reinforces the fact that even if you are not in charge of your circumstances, you are in charge of your behavior.. A positive outlook will help to create a positive outcome.

Probably the most helpful book I've read regarding DBT, I absolutely loved it and can't wait to show my friends and family who also suffer internally and can't wait to see the effects the exercises actually have on my life- can't wait for more from Kevin!

Excellent book !!

The journal is excellent. While there are many on-line options available, I personally find that this method of recording requires me to think more and gain better insight. An excellent book.
