Useful.

CBT is widely used in treating anxiety and depression, depression, control your emotion and other addictions.
But with the help of this guide, I also learned that CBT can also be used for mentally healthy people to increase their productivity, overall satisfaction in life and solve specific problems in different spheres of life and just master their cognitive and emotional state. It was an interesting read and full of helpful advice.

Awesome Listen

I really like this book

I really like this book and the suggestions it gives in helping you to change your mindset. I suffer from severe anxiety and reading this has given me a few different ideas and techniques in helping me to identify my obstacles, take better control of my thoughts, and be successful in taking back control over my life. I think the workbook portion is a huge bonus too because it truly helped me in identifying issues that were contributing factors that I hadn't even considered before.

Overall, a really useful book!

Cognitive behavioral therapy can help you not only interrupt this pattern, but also replace it with a better, more empowering alternative.
