A lot in this book might seem overly basic to people. However, if you feel like you struggle with the basics of social interactions, as many of us do, this book is a great guide.

The narrator made the content extremely engaging and I absolutely loved it, the book itself is extremely helpful to all those who suffer from their thoughts and to be honest I think we all fit into that category, so, all in all, I highly recommend this book!

An excellent audiobook. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is a form of therapy that focuses on altering unhelpful thoughts and links them and their connection with unhelpful behaviors. It talks about a lot of great points like affirmations, and eliminating toxic people, I agree. really great listen!
