Best CBT book on audible!

This book is incredibly practical, has an awesome narrator, explains CBT so simply and effortlessly, and should be used by everyone to implement CBT to improve their own lives!

highly recommend!

CBT is something absolutely everyone could benefit from in some point in their life, but even more than that an understanding is great to also know why people act as they do and the best you can do to help the closest to you suffering and that's what I love to do- this book offers a great gateway to do that along with an awesome narrator- highly recommend!

Very interesting content. Some of the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy was completely new to me and I will definitely start using them for my own projects. This really gives you a new perspective. Great book!

Allow anyone to use CBT in their lives

A Practical Guide to CBT and Modern Psychology will allow anyone to use CBT in their lives. Nice balance of explanation, tools, and healing. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is elaborated in this audiobook in a way that even the listener who does not have any background on psychology can understand.

The suggestions it gives in helping you

Try this as well as or before your therapy

Try this as well as or before your therapy, understand what CBT is and apply it in your own life, it definitely helps when you apply all the techniques as I have found in my own life! I highly recommend it to all.

Attention-grabbing

I tend to put books down that don't grab my interest but I refuse to do the same for this one. This book does a great job explaining how CBT principles apply to common problems of life. Definitely a must-buy!
