Once again a compelling listen. Very solid series and top notch narrator. Perhaps the best of the first five I have heard so far.

Really good detective yarn

Had no idea really what to expect from this as I chose it based on the reviews never having heard of the author before. This is a great roller coaster of a story, fast and entertaining. Nothing deep or meaningful but a good yarn to keep me company while doing a boring job this week.

Fast paced and entertaining.

Excellent story!

Great story with the familiar characters continuing to reveal little details about theirselves.
Felt a little more real and gritty than previous books. Although all contain quite graphic descriptions this particular villain seems more believable and somehow therefore more sinister.

My favourite DCI Ryan book so far
