Fantastic helpful book.

In case you're battling with outrage, let this book help you. It's a truly decent sound, it encourages you get outrage, and causes you become less irate and carry on with a higher caliber of life. I give this book five stars since it does what it says it will. Recollect this is only an exercise manual, not a broad end all/be all reference book of outrage.

Definitely recommend it.

It has truly assist me with reconsidering a portion of the circumstances that I've been in and has shown me some new adapting strategies that I will place into impact as quickly as time permits. I genuinely feel just as I've been taking care of such a large number of the circumstances that I've been in the incorrect way. This book has recommendations on the most proficient method to relinquish the past so as to deal with contentions diversely in the present.

This book is extremely basic and direct. Outrage issue is as of now a difficult issue, so I don't think everybody has the opportunity to be overpowered with so a lot of subtleties.

Easy to follow

This is a wonderful book. It was recommended by my therapist is dealing with interpersonal relationships. It is a short, workbook-type book that offers a unique perspective on dealing with anger and "unmet demands". Definitely worth listening.

Not worth the money

I read the reviews before purchasing this book. I am sorry to say that after listening to it for about 20 minutes, it is one of the few books that I have decided to delete from my device and never listen to the rest of it. There are phrases in the book which are absolutely inappropriate, especially for those who are trying to manage anger. For example, the book states that someone might be angry because they are unhappy with themselves. The book states that there may be several reasons for this internal unhappiness including that the person is incompetent. I was shocked by that statement in a self-help book such as this. This was one of many such inappropriate statements. Writing such as this simply fuels feelings of self-doubt, lack of self-worth and other negative feelings which actually promote rather than help to dissipate anger. I am significantly disappointed in this book.

It is very interesting

I strongly recommend this book. I've dealt with anger issues my entire life - I grew up around anger and never learned how to deal with it. That decision changed my life for the better. I slowly listen the book over and over. It's beautifully described in an easy-to-understand way, yet very profound. I've since gone on to read many more books about anger and enlightenment

Anger Management

I never had ever really thought about anger and how I should and should not use it. This book has made a positive impact on my life and I recommend this astonishing book to anyone who has struggled with anger.

Not very good

Sadly I didn’t learn anything new.
He makes loads of blanket statements and gives several examples of different types of anger. Had very little practical steps of application and healing.

Just amazing!!!

I have recommended this book many times and will continue to do so. I think everyone should listen it. I,like many others, didn't think I had an anger problem. Whether you label it hurt, embarrassment, betrayal, impatience, annoyance, etc., at the core it is all anger. We could all use less negative emotions and more positive ones in our lives. I promise, if you listen this and take the words to heart, you will have both.

Really relaxing

This book really has changed my life for the better. I've listen many books which have helped me in little ways but this one went beyond any other. I knew no one could MAKE me feel a certain way, that my feelings are under my control, but I just couldn't make it happen.
