This book is a great resource for people with anger issues. The author provides information on anger, what it is and how to manage it.
I liked the chapter about the CBT strategies which I'm implementing. I have also started to write a journal as suggested and I'm finding this extremely helpful.

I used to get angry at just about anything. I was especially mad if people cut me off in traffic, but the tips in this audiobook have helped me put things in perspective. Get this if you need some advice and where to put that anger.

Understanding what triggers your anger is paramount in getting it under control. I appreciate that the author dedicated a whole chapter to Identifying Triggers. I also like her approach of bringing in mindfulness to help manage anger. I had never heard of a Cool Down Kit, but it made so much sense. She did a great job in describing the usefulness of a Cool Down Kit, how to create it, as well as what to include in it. Useful resource.

As I'm getting older, I find my fuse getting shorter. I've noticed in the last year or so, I have less tolerance and patience and quickly see red. This audio book helped me realize what some of my triggers are and how to best manage them. I'm a mom to three teen boys and I need to be a calming force in our home. The bonus section at the end of was a nice surprise and I'm hoping that working through the journaling prompts will help me as I learn to better manage my anger!
