I can highly recommend this book. It has been written by an experienced professional who has lots of useful and practical advice. It is also full of examples, stories and anecdotes - I didn't expect to enjoy it as much as I did. It has really challenged my core beliefs about anger and I think it will make a real difference to how I cope with angry feelings.

It's short and to the point without going into lengthy and unnecessary details. Many things are logical or obvious but sometimes the obvious needs to be stated for us to see it.

Great listening very good and great for people wanting to learn and understand new techniques when deal with anger and emotions. Will definitely be trying out some of the techniques used in this book.
