awful - terribly read, the worst I've ever heard

literally the worst reading of a book ever, monotone and boring beyond imagination. the book itself offered no action steps just overviews of theory. waste of time!

I have learned new ways

I have learned new ways of coping, and I have seen a definite decrease of anger spells and fits of 'uncontrollable' rage. You have to practice what you listen, actively, even when you dont want to. This is worth the money. Hopefully this can help you like it helped me.

Very helpful and illuminating.

I’ve been dealing with anger all of my life. I’ve had a hard time finding a book that helps sort through the tangled mess that anger creates. This book does just that. I like that it explains anger in both physiological and psychological terms. Anger is a normal and natural emotion. It’s how you react to it that makes all the difference. This book gives you many tools and applications for taking back control. It also uncovers a lot of the underlying factors that contribute to anger. I highly recommend it!

A proper guide to stop anger

A good and practical speech book on how to deal with anger. I liked all the practical applications to address our anger positively. this book helps you discover how to handle anger and gives plenty of examples with real people scenarios. This book easy to understand and follow of anger.

Should every man get this book

I was not into doing this at all. After breaking an expensive laptop due to anger my wife bought it anyways. I am pleasantly surprised. I am not following it perfectly but just the activities and listening to the main points have really opened my eyes to my anger issues. I find many of these things I’m doing without even realizing it. When I listen to it I immediately look at my wife and say OMG this is exactly what I do. It makes you feel awful to listen and have to process what you're actually doing and hurting your loved ones. I would recommend this to any man even if they think they don’t have anger issues. We’ve never had and major marriage issues. This book with help you strengthen and bring you and your partner closer together anyway. It may be very tough but it really helps to open up to them and just tell them everything. It has definitely brought us closer together!

how to get rid over anger

This voice book is pretty good, well narrated and its attributes are simple to understand. I love his approach. So this speech book is very helpful. The book is very helpful in explaining some of the underlying causes of anger and in providing exercises that are very well worth pursuing.

its teaches me how to control anger

Anger is a fundamental emotion that everyone experiences from time to time. people learn to express anger by copying the angry behavior they see modeled around them, and by expressing angry behavior and seeing what they can get away with.
