Terrible delivery.

Terrible delivery. Unatural pauses make it difficult to follow. The content is good but it would be much easier to follow with the written version. I would not recommend the audible version.

Informative book

I liked the book, and although I am not entirely sure yet that it will work for me, it gave me some insight as to what goes on with addiction, procrastination and laziness.

Easy to understand

Ben offers great tips that can change your life. He explains how to do what you love and how to make changes to accomplish just that. A very inspiring read that you'll want to re- read over again.

This book is elegantly composed

This book is elegantly composed, loaded with significant advances, great research and simply enough close to home discourse to be helpful. The beneficial thing this book turned out and this cause me to understand that being slowpoke isn't that cool or great. You will go no place in the event that you generally dawdle everything. Supportive book to be sure.

Useful concepts

Overall this was a very motivational book. The trouble is because of listening to it rather than reading, takes away the chance to mark pages or take notes! The narrator is very clear but occasionally goes into a bit of a monotone for long sentences with funny emphasis on some words and it makes it a bit hard to follow.
I’ll be listening to this more times to let the concepts sink in more, but I definitely recommend for content!

good judgment, and simple to pursue.

It is basic, good judgment, and simple to pursue. I'm putting all my expectations on these systems. Despite the fact that I simply completed, I saw myself rehearsing a few systems while I was all the while perusing. I gave it a four since I found redundant in certain segments and the chapter by chapter guide was difficult for me to pursue. Be that as it may, the substance is important and helpful.

very useful information presented.

This book contains lots of thought-provoking insights about procrastination and habits. It also provides a lot of actionable, specific methods and suggested plans for overcoming the bad habits that result in procrastination. There is a lot to digest but very useful information presented.

My training book!

My training book! It brings up positivity and it’s helping me stay tuned you enabling me to feel great about myself and my surroundings; this book is an excellent suggestion to combat procrastination. I hope Stephen Martin comes up with more self-help books like this.

A great guide to become productive.

Tactics to beat procrastination!

This book is well organized, full of working tips, and good research to be useful. But I finished this book in a few days. And I found it to be very helpful in overcoming my procrastination and lazy habits. So I`ll go back through it and implement many of the ideas and tips.
