Love ! Love this book. Not complicated at all and easy for a working mom. The food is easy and hints to meal preps are so helpful. Everything so far to make these recipes are keto staples I've already had on hand which makes every meal cost friendly.

This book can change your life!


This book changed my life and my whole mentality about diet, weight loss, and maintaining a healthy weight. I read the book almost a year ago after recognizing my unhealthy relationship with food. The science in this book explains not only the reasons why the struggle with food is so discouraging, but also exactly how to overcome food addiction, lose weight, and live long-term in a right-size body. After a year of working this program (along with doing an online Bright Line Eating course) I have lost 40 pounds, gone from a size 14 to a size 8, and have found freedom from the obsession of food.

Learn what TO eat.


This is working wonderfully for me. I’m having the same experience as so many have already written in their reviews here. I work full time in a demanding job and feed a family of four adults. We are all eating healthier though the others aren’t doing the program. But they benefit from all the fresh fruits and vegetables I put on the table. A lot of people have commented that the program is very hard.

I was very happy to find out that the course was made available as a book. This is a great refresher that is helping me reemphasize what I had learned and continue the healthy approach to food.

If you are looking for a book to change your life with eating right and nutrition this is the book. It is easy to understand, comprehend and actionable. It has motivated me to make better choices. Helpful guide!!

Bought this book for the mindfulness information and found the experiments quite transformative. I like the fact it is simple and clear and not boring. It’s not a diet book, it’s a book to help you change. This book is written for women but the scientific information is useful to all. I am eating more smartly and combine my foods Now. I would recommend this book to anybody who wants to to lose weight.

Contains some false information. They recommend using artificial sweeteners and tell you to stay away from good fats like avacaco and olive oil.

I’m only in chapter one and this book is sexist

Wear floral prints, men under estimate a woman’s weight in floral prints.;-(

Avoid working out with a friend, chances are you will talk more and end up at a bar! Seriously?

Feeling better


My doctor suggested that I listen this book and I’m glad I did. It changed my life. I feel better in regard to alertness, I have lost weight, I sleep better, and I seem to get fewer headaches. In addition I enjoyed listening this book.

Perfect narration

Easy to understand

If you're interested in weight loss, weight management or just to gain deeper awareness about the why and how, this is a clear, no- nonsense, easy to understand book that will inform you. You can adapt the information and test the advice given. The author isn't shy about sharing her own experiences. He is refreshingly blunt about what will and won't work and then provides games and tips you can try for yourself. This book addresses how to change your mind regarding weight loss so that you can change your life! I highly recommended for this book.

If you have tried it all.. try this

It's easy to understand and once you start gaining more info about what your doing to your body that triggers a change.. I have tried calorie counting, numerous pills, hypnosis, weight watchers, keto, waist clinches so maybe this is my last hope but so far and it's been working. I highly recommended for this book.

A well written book that will help guide you to achieve and maintain a healthy body weight at any age. This is NOT your average diet or nutrition book. This is NOT a fad diet book. Awesome! It's a totally fresh and unique way to approach weight loss. It's not just about diet. This book is not only for women, but also man like me in the 50s. I find the exercise regime easy to follow and effective. Highly recommend.
