Informative
Well researched and cogent arguments. I have very much enjoyed this book and was also terrified by parts of it. Excellent advice which can be explored peacemeal. I think almost everyone would benefit from reading/listening to this book.

Nice succinct book with lots of helpful life tips
Enjoyed this easy to listen to book. Lovely narration by Michael Mosley. Easy to follow and packed with interesting facts and ideas on how to improve the way you live. Highly recommended.

Really enjoyable listen
Nothing to dislike about this audio book. All of the one things Dr Mosley suggests are easily achievable and can make a difference. Am I doing them? Yes, but not all … my choices

SHORT AND SWEET CHAPTERS
Enjoyed Dr Mosley's book as well as his delivery. The chapters here are short with nuggets of practical ideas and tips that you can immediately apply towards a healthier and happier life. The content isn't too heavy so a great listen while driving.
