Essential Amino Acids!

The author seems very genuine & has written an excellent book here, about the vital importance of getting the right amino acids in your diet. He has a company which sells supplements including Perfect Amino which he often refers to, but he does acknowledge there are similar products available. Very well read & there are brief interviews with the author himself throughout the audio, a formula which works well. Right, time to order my amino pills, and yes I'm not joking!
