Incredibly basic and slowly narrated

I was expecting a book about the psychology of dieting. However, this book is incredibly basic and uses 90% of the time on explaining what a calorie deficit is. I listened to the book at 2.0x speed and it still felt slow. Another example of when the author should have invested in a professional reading their audiobook. Do not recommend
