After years of trying every diet with varying but increasingly lesser degrees of success, the penny finally dropped listening to this audio book. I can't say I'll never grab that chocolate bar ever again when I'm tired, grouchy, bored, 'brain hungry' or down about myself. But I can eat now till satisfied, not bloated and it's enough. Worth every penny.
