I've love the 5 levels of formality. I can see how I am already using parts of this naturally but now how I can fine tune my approaches and have better success. It's an easy book to listen too, although the first few chapters were kind of demotivating to listen to (I nearly stopped the book), but the structure of the coaching is fantastic and I will be sharing these methods with my team members and encouraging them to read this book. I really feel more confident about approaching people about my business now, so thank you for that.
