Perfect for my teen

I really enjoyed chapter 3, which dives into how diet can impact moods and cognitive processing. The nutrition guide with quickfix, healthy recipes is a valuable addition, offering parents insights into what 13 should eat to manage anxiety and promote overall. well being.

The book covers a wide range of topics, including effective coping skills, such as yoga, meditation, and intentional movements, all of which can help teens function. Better despite anxiety I like the dissection works on improving sleep, and lowering anxiety levels as it is, especially practical and beneficial.

I like that the author also emphasizes the importance of being prepared for crisis situations and provides guidance on who to contact in case of emergencies, ensuring parents have the information they need at their fingertips. The book includes over 15 CBT, bass techniques, and worksheets, I can help your teen challenge, negative thoughts and acquire, essential skills, like goalsetting and problem-solving.
