The book and is useful for anyone.

The resources that have been added have certainly added value to the book and is useful for anyone who needs a more structured approach to exercising and losing weight.

Awful - painful in fact

Not sure how anyone could stay relaxed or asleep through that
I tried many times ..
water that loud being jugged and poured - or whatever is going on
Horrid
And I bought same thing a few times due to the books being advertised as something different
Xx

The voice is really irritating

So first thing to note is I got this for procrastination but that isn't one of the chapters. Chapter are about alcoholism... I DON'T drink, smoking...... I don't smoke, weight loss.... I have already bought the Paul Mkwnna version of that thank you, and finally dreaming.


I then found I could not listen to the voice of the narrator as it sounded like Steven Hawkins. Nothing wrong with that unless you are trying to get into a meditative state and not a brief history of time.

Not at all what I was expecting I cannot even listen for more than 2 minutes.

Thanks for great info on breaking bad habits. We are all vulnerable to addictions and this book shows you the way out of them. I recommend this audiobook everyone!

This is a good starter book.

The author sent me a copy of this book for an honest review. This is a quick, easy read about how mindfulness can help you, the different methods, and how to get started. If self hypnosis is a new concept for you, this is a good starter book.

The author offers clear, concise descriptions of the sources for procrastination in a manner that is relatable. As a new supervisor I found his discussion relevant and accessible. In other words, you will not get bogged down in theory and esoteric. Definitely a must have.

Very eye opening to how your brain works.

Very eye opening to how your brain works and what you should expect and do when you decide to change a habit. Not like other self-help books. It's more scientific and based on facts than merely trying to be positive and make you happy. But based on this knowledge you can be more efficient in changing the behaviors that you wish to change.

I will certainly listen your other work.

Most of my procrastination comes from always wanting to watch television. Starting tomorrow I will hopefully leave the T.V. off. Thank you sir and I will certainly read your other work.

I stopped drinking after I heard this book.

I stopped drinking after I heard this book. He tells it like it is. I felt like he was talking directly to me and you would too if you have a drinking problem. Really awesome book!

makes you have to pee

there's like a water fall but it sounds like someone turned on the faucet and the sound of the running water kept making feel like I had to pee. Not very relaxing

Simple guidelines helped me.
