I really like how this is structured


I really like how this is structured for long term use with different music settings. I listen to it and don't get bored from the same background over and over. It's a nice way to continuously use this hypnosis.

Innocent wording - used smoking instead of eating

I bought this book because I wanted help to manage healthier eating and thought trying a hypnosis book would help. In chapter 4 - I was fully awake - it started talking about smoking and cigarettes - it was like it came from a stop smoking hypnosis book and they forgot to change this part with eating. I can not stand anything to do with smoking so I immediately returned the book. It may have only been this section but I was not going to listen anymore. I wish they had proof read properly beforehand as I thought it was very good up until this point.

I wake up energized and motivated

Best of all the author explained things so clearly and simply that I am understanding much more simply how the body and Meditation for Weight Loss works and what I can do to have my body run better. Thank you.

Well organized.

Self-love and the way you think about food is so important when it comes to weight loss. The author of this hypnosis script understands this and delivered a great tool for me to use on those days when I start doubting myself.

PRETTY GOOD!

I have never tried any affirmations techniques but enjoyed this book. I'm tying to get a jump start on my New Year's resolution. The book was very quick. The narration was good and kept you engaged. This was my first book by this author and I would definitely read others if the opportunity permits. I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review.

Positive affirmations can be a very powerful thing. The presentation of this material was very well done and I can definitely see myself incorporating this into my daily routine.

The reader Adam Greco, Dalton Reuter did an outstanding job. He spoke clearly and had a good voice for this type of audiobook. I will listen to this again probably several times and am glad to have had the chance to listen to it.

This Was a Good Weight Loss Hypnosis

Rapid Weight Loss for Women was a good listen. It did put me out so I would listen to what he says at the beginning and don't do anything or drive. It was positive affirmations that I'll have to tell if over time I lose some weight from it but it was definitely good. I love meditations and hypnoses like this. They tend to have good results. I also believe that whether I lose weight or not this left me feeling good overall. I would definitely recommend giving this a chance.

Excellent audiobook.

Excellent audiobook, with very well worded and thought out scripts. Excellent selection of scripts which include scripts for improving dream recall, and lucid dreaming ability, which most books on self hypnosis don't have. And the print is good size, which makes it easy to listen. Well worth the money.

It really helps lose your weight!!!

It really helps lose your weight!!! From day one I noticed a change in my sleep pattern. I think it's working on my eating habits, I've been using it about a week and I've noticed some changes the most extreme change has been in sleep, very relaxing, very soothing, lulls me into a deep sleep.

Very pleased with the results

His voice is very calming and relaxing. I drifted off into a deep state of relaxation. I will listen to this again and again. I will watch for positive change and results. My only suggestions is that at the very end of it, I felt like he should have said something to conclude it; such as "you may wake up now". Overall, loved it! I found myself making better choices each day without even thinking about it. Feeling so much better!

Such a good book.

In order for me to lose weight, I need to change my deep-rooted limiting beliefs and old patterns. Every time I’ve to Listen to this, the way I think about myself have changed for the better.

It is easy to listen.
