I received this audiobook free, as an Audiobook Obsession Reviewer, for an honest review. This was a amazing book. Pepper Winters deliered AGAIN, as always. This is a dark story, not for the "faint of heart". All I can say is I want some of his elixir. Sex trafficing is scary, but if I was stolen, I would want Sullivan Sinclair to buy me. I know I have to wait for the next in the series, but it is going to be hard. The narrators were/are fabulous. Sexy Scott Rider does things to me and Sarah Puckett is here usual awesome self. I was listening to it last night to help me go to sleep, and there was no way I was going to fall asleep. My heart almost beat out of my chest.

A girl sold... Eleonor has come to the dark side unwillingly. The story has suspense, a mouthy heroine and sexy men. I enjoyed listening to it and came to a cliffhanger, my heart stopped. Gotta listen to the next one. The narrators were awesome in bringing the gritty to life.

This book is very dark in the form of human trafficking but you quickly learn to love Eleanor’s fight.

I read the books last year and really enjoyed the story. I haven’t tried audible in a while as I didn’t like the voices dictating other stories.

This took a little while to like Eleanor’s voice but I’m nearly at the end of book 1 and love the way this is narrated now; both characters are great.

Each character is voiced by the lead in either chapter which I prefer than the chapter being read fully by the leading male or female.

Love the series, love the audio.

I have a few go to authors when I looking for dark, Pepper is up there on the list.
No holds barred into the story at a fast pace, that holds you in your seat. The heroine isn’t afraid to stand up to her captor and a captor that is love able on one hand and an absolute prick on the other. Win/ win. My only fault with the story is Pepper has a tendency to take you to a ledge and leaves you to hang, but it’s ok because I know whatever she has in store next is well worth the wait.
Fantastic narration by Sarah & Scott.

Once a Myth was an extremely intense story, but in all the best ways. It had a great plot as well as great character development and world building. It held me transfixed and wanting it to just keep going.

I am already so invested in Sullivan and Eleonora and it makes me beyond thrilled that I get to come back to this world and these characters several more times.

The narrators were perfection. Sarah Puckett is always amazing and continues to be so in this story. But Scott Rider was new to me. I really hope he keeps it coming because he did a great job with this one.
