easy listening

The narrator's voice is very easy listening, this will be something I will have to listen to a few times only because it takes a while for me to intake and remember things.

Brilliant!!!

I feel so inspired to now take action instead of procrastinating on a couple of 'would like to'. They are no 'let's get at them'. .this book is a must!!!

Well thought out ! Easy to fallow !
I am a Nerd for this stuff ! So I loved it !
Because It's not a Cheerleader force feeding you repetitive slogans ,like a Drill Sergeant
If you want solid fundamentals offered up in a calm ,and Thoughtful way so a person can pick and choose the advice that they connect with. That can easily become apart of your New Foundation for A Positive, Confident You ! That will aid in your path to succeed in what ever your Goal's maybe !(Healthy Nutrition, Working out, career, relationships, and Education) the list is unlimited. and the Tips are Universal ! Hey if you're reading this then you have already chosen to seek a better way ! Just listen!

I really wanted to like this book.

What was most disappointing about Marta Tuchowska’s story?

I usually love the self-help motivational books of this kind. It's a nice pep-talk on the way to work. But this book feels like listening to the author talking to herself, without any specific structure or meaningful content. It's the literary equivalent of popcorn. Quite disappointing.

I obtained some great takeaways. Action items/tasks to be intentional about strengthening the positive thinking process, visualization of one’s success- and what it looks like for each person. If someone repeatedly says, “Trust me...”

While there is some good info here, the author tone is a bit judgmental and braggy which made it difficult to be open to the ideas presented.
