This book is exceeded my expectations!! It is a must-get for healthy eating habits and amazing recipes! She gives great ideas for when you're traveling. I travel a lot for work, so I know those tips are going to be very helpful. I think, this is best book for everyone who want to loss weight and get healthy lifestyle.

Enjoy listening and make this simple recipes.

This book provided a great overview of meal prep. I liked that there were several different options for meals per week that you could choose from. While I haven't tried many of the recipes yet, they all look and sound delicious. It's a great guide for someone who wants to learn how to meal prep, with easy to follow directions, suggestions and recipes.

Truely best!

I’m a vegetarian and looking into exploring new ways to incorporate more protein and fiber in my diet. This book is great with providing insight on how I can truly get the most out of a plant base diet. A kitchen keeper!

Like this whole data.

This is a great book to listen up on how to eat healthier. it is in no way a diet book and that's just my opinion. I really had no prior knowledge of Meal prep just that to stay away from most processed foods. Eating organic now makes much more sense to me and I'm going to grow my annual summer garden and incorporate some of the information about growing organic this year.

What a collection of recipes.

What a collection of recipes. There’s something in here for everyone. Regardless of dietary preferences or needs, this book has it all. Why aren’t there more books like this out there that offer an alternative to the usual hard to make, time consuming recipe books out there? Most of these recipes are straightforward, simple enough and most of all, they can all be prepped ahead with minimal effort.

I must say, though, that this book mostly delivers on these promises.
