Obesity is a universal epidemic due to the availability of numerous unhealthy meal options and limited physical exercise. Limitation of the regular food we eat results in weight loss, which is also associated with good health outcomes and which include triglycerides, total cholesterol, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol, glucose, blood pressure, insulin, and C-reactive protein.

We plan to briefly discuss the impacts of intermittent fasting on women over 50 on their weight and as well as other makers mentioned previously. The research work is designed as a systematic review, according to the author of the book. To access the impact of the intermittent fasting, related studies were viewed between 2005 and 2019, and many were identified in this book. Many journal research works were used in this book and met the present inclusion and exclusion criteria.
