Can a book really be your new best FRIEND?

I was amazed how this book covers almost every aspect of our lives that we could change to not only be successful at work but also in our personal lives. It's excellent! I think that parents should give this gift to their children graduating from high school and college. I read a lot of self-help books, and must say this one is one of my favorite. We hear a lot about the concepts of self-awareness, authentic self, being successful, creative, and loving yourself; but in reality we don’t know what that means nor how to do it. good book for habit

Very interesting!

I was taught by Ursuline nuns and Sisters of Mercy. This book is very interesting. When having to work with relgious garb, the history and the look of the Nun's rob can often be over looked. This book helps to supply a deapth of information on this much needed area of costume design. How wonderful it was to revisit the wardrobe of nuns I have known in the past. Also, excellent fashion history. I wish the nuns had NEVER given up their habits. This is a good book about the use of and thoughts behind the wearing and use of the Habit.

Best book for your habit.

This book will help you change your attitude for you to achieve all your goals in life most specially how to become rich. Be able to think like rich people and have the attitude that poor people don't have. This will let you strive for your success and forget all your doubts/ l really enjoyed the Author's previous book about Focus and in my view this book is even better. The steps to breaking bad habits are very easy to follow and understand. good book for habit. i like this book i love this so much.

This is a nice all around, habit-building book

Simple book. You can listen it in a day and study it for a life time. Not like it is anything profoundly new, but it is stuff that we forget to do in our busy lives. One thing this book taught me is that writing down your goals can dramatically change your mindset. It actually is helping me a lot get things done that I was putting off for months! We all have big hopes and dreams but life can get in the way sometimes. This book is a great tool to start kicking up good habits in your life. good book ever for habit. i like this so much i like this book.

A Fascinating book.

How does one describe art, science and wisdom perfectly blended and articulated allowing for the complete capture of a reader's mind and heart? Call it The Power of Habit. This is a great book, filled with useful insights, shared in interesting prose that continually intelligently pieces together its main points from multiple sources. Amazing combination of reality, truth and just plain great stories! The book is packed with information that is helpful to any human for use in personal life or in business or any other arena. We listened to it with our kids on a road trip and they were so into it that they asked us to put it on as soon as we got in the car.

Encouraging and motivational!

This book gives a healthy and different look in how to form habits by using a little willpower to create mini habits. My girlfriend bought this book for her nursing program and it arrived in a brand new condition. This is such an inspiring book. It helps us improve ourselves. After reading this book, you can assess yourself and identify those bad habits and implement what should be done. Life In The Andwich Generation.

A fascinating book on an area of culture I'd never heard of. I hope the insights were true … I haven't had time to look up some of the stuff in the book.I thought it all very interesting. This is another book I will undoubtedly read again. This is a wonderful story. Something to think about. Pleasantly of laughs and serious talks. All characters are believable and well developed. I'd recommend to anyone. I'd recommend especially to anyone who loves a parent who is failing with age. I'd recommend it especially to good sons and daughters; and bad sons and daughters. good book for habit.

Problems are Habits To Change.

This is a great book for anyone looking to change the small habits we develop in our lives. Some of them we do not even realize. Many of us look at ourselves and want to change certain negative things that we do. Ex: Eating a candy bar when we watch a certain show or always buy popcorn with lots of butter at the movie. This is a great book! In life we often want to better ourselves, yet lofty goals and perpetual setbacks leave us derailed and frusterated. There are a lot of practical tips and advice throughout this book that anyone can apply to their life. Simple steps and concise chapters make this a very easy book to listen. One of my favorite self improvement books of the year.

The Best Book on Habits....

This book is loaded with positivity. I have learned valuable life lessons from this book. Good and highly effective habits are very difficult to start. This book provided information on how you can set your mind to focus in achieving your goals in life.this is a great book! the basis of any achievement or any successful person is good habits and this book is great for helping you realize how easy good habits are to form and what hurdles you need to overcome it breaks it!!!!

Very good book!!!

A great reminder that keeping up with the Jones' is an unrealistic expectation and provides practical tips on how to manage your money and live the life you want.I recommend this book to anyone who is looking for a change, especially when it comes to their financial lifestyles.If everyone lived by these simple rules then life would be simple, not always easy but fun when you live the results.

Simple is Sometimes Best!!!

This is a really life changing and uplifting book that touch on every aspect of your life, emotionally , mentally physically and spiritually.I find this author to be authentic and very very helpful in changing your thoughts and your emotions and what you do with them. Five Stars!!

Great book to read if you want to incorporate some lifestyle changes! Derek has studied habits by reading several book and summed up his notes of what he has found to work best on himself and several others.I can already see changes in the way I mentally approach building better habits. The book is full of resources to continue reading and learning about how to build a more productive, happier life. I highly recommend it.

Reach your goals by creating the right habits!!!!

I just finished reading The Habit Blueprint and I am anxious to get started on some new habits and losing some old ones! I grabbed this book when it was announced on the group. I recommend this because it contains so many helpful and fast-start ideas for making change possible, and it is backed by scientific studies.This book gives good examples and ideas to trigger proactive thinking.To me this book is for those who struggle binding to a routine and fall short of their goals.

I recommend this book for anyone!!!

I have a bad habit of making plans in my head and not following through on things so this book peaked my interest. One of the reasons I really liked this book is because I don't have the patience for pages of pointless dribble and this book was short and to the point.This is a easy habit building exercise that gets easier each time. On the day you do a new habit automatically it's time to celebrate that success!!!

The Habit Blueprint!!!!

This book is phenomenal for those who want to try different methods to creating better habits and life choices. I recommend this book to anyone but specifically young adults who are trying to start their own and independent life. Some great insights on habit formation. And some good practical examples of developing mini habits. Not super revolutionary but a good synthesis of the current insights out there and an easy Listen!!!

Excellent book about habits!!!

Really appreciated the author's refreshing perspective on the topic of habit forming. I found plenty of practical ideas that I have put in place.Easy reading. Held my interest....not usually fond of self-help books. Makes good points and has good reminders. The down side is buying this book on Kindle and being able to use the appendixes or return to a particular passage easily.

Five Stars!!!

In some way I feel that I didn't chose this book for myself... I personally feel that I am having trouble growing spiritually... so this answered alot of questions for me... it's like someone or something heard me crying out for help... and then... I saw this book.I am not into Yoga or Buddhism Meditation since I am a Catholic but it was very informative to read about those two practices in addition to the other practices!!

Good, quick, efficient, useful!!!

This book was a good book if you’re looking for something that’s short and informative. This book can be read in about a week and has some great suggestions on forming new habits. I found this book very useful.Thank you for sharing your knowledge. I found some stuff very helpful. Some new. Some I already knew but still great to go over again.
