Summary

The historic hotel in BoonsBoro, Maryland, has endured war and peace, changing hands, even rumored hauntings. Now it’s getting a major facelift from the Montgomery brothers and their eccentric mother. As the architect of the family, Beckett’s social life consists mostly of talking shop over pizza and beer. But there’s another project he’s got his eye on: the girl he’s been waiting to kiss since he was 15....

For beeing abriged, it was great.

It had me listening to with non stop excitement. Normally I don't care for books that are abriged, but with this one I didn't even notice it. I hope they get unabriged soon.

The narration killed a really good book!

The story was wonderful. I went to the store and actually bought the book for a really good read. Only got a chapter into the audible version, and could NOT get passed the narration. Please no more MacLeod Andrews!

Not a fan of the narrator.

I love Nora Roberts books, but do not like the men narrator. When he does the women's lines it just doesn't sound natural. This is a good book with just the right amount of suspense. Would definitely recommend this book, but not the audio.
