An absolute delight!

Any additional comments?

I loved this humorous story about two elderly sisters whose calm, uneventful existence is totally overset by the arrival in their lives of a young mother and baby, their somewhat sullen teenage nephew and the local tramp. It is beautifully narrated by Julia Franklin.

Blissful reading

Not by usual genre but enjoyed this book thoroughly. Brilliant narator. This book leaves you hungry and in need of a glas of wine.
