Not perfect, but this book introduced me to Ryan Holliday and led to more Stoic reading. I found it listenable, useful and practical. I come back to it occasionally, and am glad I found it.

I wish I read this book a few years ago. but maybe I wasn't ready to. Either way, it's an very digestible, easy listen that allows the listener to excavate their own ego, in a a way that is as challenging as it is rewarding.
