Summary

John E. Sarno, MD, revolutionized healing with his insightful observations on health and healing. His 50-year career culminated in his conceptualization of the breakthrough discovery that he called TMS, The Mindbody Syndrome.

TMS was at the pinnacle of Dr. Sarno's life-work, but it came about from the collection of many other paradigm shifting observations as described here in Dr. John Sarno's Top 10 Healing Discoveries.

Profound and Important!

I am so excited and blown away by the value of content and practiced wisdom that is meant for purely healing others. minds and bodies are so much more connected and powerful than we I realize. You don't have to suffer!

Eckhart Tolle’s pain-body explained

For those who follow eckhart Tolle and have heard him talk about pain-body will find many answers to what that actually is in this book and all of Dr. Sarno books....pain-body the suppression of emotions manifesting its-self in the body to hide emotions.... and soooo much more.

Wonderful

I loved this audiobook. It elaborates Dr. Sarno’s discoveries in a way that further solidified the concepts for me. If you’ve read Dr. Sarno’s books this is well worth a listen. Steven has a great way of bringing the message and information to another level. I’m so grateful to have found both of them.

Read Dr.Sarno’s books instead

I love Dr. Sarno’s work & books and would rather read the books that he has written. This one just sort of summaries his ideas and isn’t even close to life altering as Dr. Sarno’s books. It’s a book fully written making references to all three of Dr. Sarno’s books which Is very disappointing.

Disappointing

Ok, so we know they in many cases pain is really tied to physiological issues, Pretty much that covers the book... it’s repeated 100x but there is no prescription on what to do with it
