Average

Little new information. Mostly self explanatory and uninteresting. There were some good tips, i just found it a little too quick and under detailed.

Waste of time

This book wasn't worth the time I spent listening to it, even though it was free (a gift). It's like they just Google the word anxiety and read what they found
