I found this book very helpful

I found this book very helpful as when you are angry depending on how you grew up you don't how to handle your anger. What a great tips in here for anybody that's learning to manage any anger they may be feeling.

It views anger from many different ways and helps us to understand that this emotion given to us by God is normal; it is our behavior that could cause this to sin. Overall, an excellent book.

Anger Management

Everyone on earth should listen this book. It is magnificent in its potency. The most important lesson I learned is that anger is a necessary emotion that is commonly vilified. This book explains what anger is and how to express it in a dignified and respectful way.

Very easy to understand

Very easy to understand, as many psychologists can make feelings very complicated when discussing. He is clear, but I tired of all the couples examples even though I am married...could have had more family dynamics or women anger issues.

Anger Management

Wow-Very pleased I purchased this book. Not only is it informative but gives examples of what to do in certain situations and explains the basis by which some emotions evolve. Things we should have been taught, or learned at an early age but just did not exist in the world we lived in are explained within these pages. I would suggest this book even if you don't feel you have an anger issue....I discovered that even feeling frustrated frequently or irritated by little things constantly, are forms of anger better handled in a different manner or perception. Wonderful book by a really good author.

Five stars

There should be an option for more stars. This was written in a manner and in details that hit me directly. With every section I grew a better understanding of myself and my relationship with anger. I wouldn't guarantee that it will help everyone, but it has helped me, and given me the tools to continue to help myself.
