This is really an effective audio book!

Very helpful for those suffering from this problem. It’s a reminder for those who already know much of this, and it helps folks to implement some of the problem-solving plans that they may not have before.

Best one.

This is plainly my top pick. Extremely supportive straightforward lessons. Much obliged to you to the Author. The book gives a simple to pursue, down to earth way to deal with care and self-empathy. This is an extraordinary prologue toward the Western/Scientific routine with regards to care.

Great!!

This short and concise book on mindfulness was very good. I felt it was more approachable than many other books of similar subject. It's almost like a distillation of many of the best thoughts and exercises concerning living a more mindful and less stressful life. As a society we could all stand to live more in the moment and cut the busyness

Break free of overthinking

Was helpful to understand overthinking and ways to overcome it. This book chapter discusses what it means to avert and what you can do to change it. This book was very helpful and gave good guidelines on what is a healthy way to think and practical tips on how not to over-think. Still, the book is good with a lot of basic information.
