So glad I listened to this and I've just brought the book so that I can do the exercises easier and read slowly. This has really made me understand the brain and how I've learnt to function has caused illness in my life. I've been doing the meditations for a few weeks now and the morning ones are definitely helping me start my day off in a whole new way. Highly recommend.
