The book itself is fantastic, very relaxing. I especially love corpse pose at the start. However, I give the title of book -1 stars. Breaking the Habit of Being yourself might well be the worst book title I can think of. May as well call it Meditation for Pathetic Losers that Need to Sort Their Lives Out. I am glad I got it though as beyond the cover it’s very relaxing.
