what a great book to get you thinking
loved it. took what resonated left the rest. ironically I'm listening to this as we enter the age Aquarius - how's that for collective thought patterns and transformations.
hopefully the meditations are available somewhere to purchase and download.

Excellent book
Joe Dispenza is making a better world. this is important information. we all should be doing the meditations on this book. this information should be compulsory in all schools.

Great book although very long!
Great book, full of scientific evidence and packed with interesting concept. For me the overall book was too long and I lost interest, maybe if I was reading it it would be different. Also the supporting pdf doesn’t always correspond with what the author is explaining. All in all worth to listen to this book
