Before embarking on her journey in primary education, she spent years exploring the world, studying psychology, and coaching clients to achieve their wellness goals through personalized fitness plans and holistic health practices. An avid learner and reader, Y.D. blends her diverse interests—ranging from education and psychology to animals, nature, and ice hockey—into her writing and coaching. Her mission? To inspire others to align their physical, emotional, and mental well-being while embracing their authentic selves. Originally from Québec, Canada, Y.D. now calls the Australian East Coast home, where she lives with her beloved fur babies.
