I love the narration in this book. Being mg British it’s easy to relate to but my friend, who’s American heard it and also really warmed to her voice. It’s very important with a book like this. I’ve found this really helpful and it’s given me a nee sense of purpose and self worth. It teaching you to not take the good things in life for granted, to appreciate what’s around you and most importantly, yourself. I love the chapter on nurturing your soul. I felt such a level of calm and contentment during and after the book. I’d highly recommend to anyone looking to better themselves though positive habits and self care!

After a really rough patch in my life I leaned on as many online resources as I could - YouTube videos, audiobooks, podcasts, you name it. This audiobook was definitely the most impactful. It's over three hours of guidance on balancing positive thoughts and alleviating stress that actually works!

I listened to this book over about a week, listening to bits at a time and trying to practice each of the techniques and it was all super applicable and actionable. I started seeing results even after the first day. Even after I finished the book I found myself going back to review some of the methods and tricks that were covered. It felt like a huge sigh of relief and I'm so happy I got this book.

I'm not one to leave reviews, but I absolutely had to come back here to share my experience to hopefully help someone else in need. 100% get this book - you won't regret it!

The book gives insight into everything in the universe which is for a purpose. I was able to see that our purpose does change with time and discovery of purpose adds meaning to life.
Happiness is within me; I can create it and earn it with habits that I created. It gives insight into habits of happy people which is that they are happy with their apportioned lot, they are content with skills, and they make time for what they love. Happy people are ok and forge meaningful connection or dwell on the past and embrace changes without resistance by living authenticity.
