After Larry Elroy skipped bond on three murders, Matty Iapen and his colleagues are assigned to track him down and return him to court. But Matty gets caught up in a crime larger than a missed skip or a single murder.

Mariah, Matty, and Alison attempt to track down Vegas’ family ring for an impressive $2,000 each (which is a lot of money in Cleveland!)
