• 111. The Dark Side: Why women and men sabotage
    Jun 13 2026

We all have a dark side.

The toxic patterns that creep in when we're scared, dysregulated, or protecting ourselves. Women do it one way, men do it another, but it comes from the same place.

Here's what most people miss though: the real sabotage isn't the pattern. It's refusing to own it.

In this one I get raw about how we self-destruct, why we do it, and what actually changes when we stop blaming everyone else and take responsibility for our part.

It's not about making anyone wrong. It's about seeing what's really going on, in ourselves and the people we love.

Because once you see it, you can't un-see it.

    Have a listen, girlfriend.

  • 110. The Secret Burden: Start the conversations of eating disorders with Ashlee Thomas
    May 10 2026

It started with wanting to be healthy.

That's how it starts for so many people. Clean eating. Cutting out certain foods. Following what social media tells you is "wellness."

And then it takes over your life.

In this episode, I sit down with Ashlee Thomas, founder of The Secret Burden, a platform and charity supporting people with eating disorders, to hear her story.

Ashlee developed an eating disorder from what looked like harmless "healthy eating" content online. What started as wanting to feel good in her body became something that consumed her.

She shares what it was like to go through it, how her family helped her survive, and why she wrote her book Surviving the Jungle to help others who are walking the same path.

    We talk about:

    • How eating disorders can start from seemingly innocent wellness culture
    • The early signs and symptoms to look out for (in yourself or someone you love)
    • Why eating disorders affect both women and men
    • The importance of getting educated and seeking support early

This conversation is honest, grounded and deeply important.

If you or someone you know has struggled with disordered eating or if you just want to understand it better, this one's for you.

  • 109. Million-dollar success without losing your feminine with Lezly Kaye
    May 3 2026

Why are so many ambitious women afraid to lean into their own success?

In this conversation, I sat down with Lezly Kaye, business and relationship coach who's helped her clients generate over $80 million in results, to talk about what it actually takes to build success without abandoning yourself in the process.

Lezly's story isn't a straight line. Raised by her grandparents, she found herself in a work environment that wasn't serving her and made the decision to leave and build something on her own terms.

And she didn't just build a business. She built million-dollar success while staying rooted in her feminine embodiment, something she now teaches other women to do.

Because here's the truth: success doesn't require you to become harder, more masculine, or more "aggressive." You don't have to lose yourself to win.

In this episode, we talk about:

    • Why women sabotage their own success before they even get there
    • What it means to build a profitable business without sacrificing your feminine energy
    • The fear of being "too much" or "too successful" and how it keeps women small
    • How to step into your ambition without losing who you are

If you've ever felt like success means you have to become someone you're not, this one's for you.

  • 108. Are you dating with intention or just seeking attention?
    Apr 18 2026

    Let's be honest about dating.

Most people aren't dating with intention. They're dating for attention.

External validation. Company. The idea of someone. Not the reality of co-existing with another soul who's going to trigger you, redirect you, and break you apart in ways you didn't see coming.

Because here's what nobody tells you: dating isn't about being 100% yourself. It's messy. It's uncomfortable. It brings up everything you've been avoiding.

And if you're not intentional about that, if you're just open to the idea of having someone come into your life, you're not actually available. You're just lonely.

In this episode, I get vulnerable about my own past with dating. The times I confused attention for connection. The times I thought I was ready when I was really just seeking validation.

And I talk about what it actually means to be available for a relationship.

Not just open to it. Not just wanting company.

But ready to have your triggers surfaced. Ready to be broken apart and rebuilt. Ready to co-exist with another soul, not just fill the space next to you.

If you've been dating but wondering why it never feels right, this one's for you.

Are you seeking attention or are you actually intentional?

  • 107. Vulnerability is sexy, so let's flirt with your discomfort
    Apr 13 2026

You've been told vulnerability is weakness. What if you've been lied to?

    Let me ask you...
When was the last time you let yourself soften instead of bracing?

When did you last admit you don't have all the answers and didn't immediately feel like you'd lost?

Vulnerability gets a bad rap. We've been conditioned to think it's weakness. That showing emotion means you're less powerful. That being real makes you less worthy.

But what if that's completely backwards?

What if vulnerability isn't what happens when you're weak, but what happens when you're grounded enough to stop pretending?

I recorded this episode sitting on my bed. Washing machine going. Lawnmower outside. Everything is open and raw.

Because that's what this conversation is about: being willing to show up as you are, not as you think you should be.

In this episode, I talk about what it actually means to flirt with discomfort instead of running from it. Why? Your body knows the difference between bracing and softening. And how most of us have lost the ability to sense where we even are anymore emotionally, physically, energetically.

I also share a word I learned from my Vocabulary app (proprioception - stick with me, it's good) and why it matters more than you think.

If you've been performing strength, holding it all together, or white-knuckling your way through life, this one's for you.

What if you stopped running from vulnerability and started playing with it?

  • 106. Your voice is a privilege. Don't waste it. with Trang Nova
    Mar 31 2026

What a privilege to be able to speak up for ourselves. To advocate. To assert boundaries. To negotiate for our dream life one conversation at a time.

In this episode, I sit down with Trang Nova, speaking coach for women and TEDx speaker to talk about the power, privilege, and responsibility that comes with having a voice.

Trang shares something that stopped me in my tracks:

We owe it to the women who have never had a voice. And more importantly, we owe it to ourselves.

Because we have this gift. This opportunity. And so many women throughout history and still today have never had it.

    So why not use it?

This conversation is about more than public speaking. It's about showing up fully in your relationships, your business, your life. It's about recognizing that every time you open your mouth, you have the potential to change someone's life with just a few words.

If you've ever held back, stayed quiet, or convinced yourself your voice doesn't matter, this episode is for you.

Your voice is powerful. And it's a privilege to use it.

  • 105. Botox, lip filler and my unfiltered thoughts
    Mar 22 2026

Let's talk about Botox and lip filler. I got it done. And I have thoughts.

This episode is unscripted, unedited, and recorded in my car, just me being real and raw about my experience with injectables.

There are mixed reviews out there. Some people swear by it. Some people are ashamed of it. Some people pretend they don't do it but absolutely do.

I'm not here to convince you either way. I'm just here to share my truth: why I do it, what it's like, how I feel about it, and the messy, honest thoughts that don't always make it into the highlight reel.

If you've ever been curious, judgmental, on the fence, or just want to hear someone talk about this stuff without the bullshit, this one's for you.

  • 104. Listen to your body (besides eat, drink and sleep)
    Mar 15 2026

We're good at listening to our bodies when it comes to the basics: eat, drink, sleep.

But what about the other signals? The ones that actually matter?

The exhaustion that isn't just physical. The tightness in your chest that's trying to tell you something. The urge to run, numb, escape, not because you're weak, but because your body is screaming for you to pay attention.

This episode is super transparent. I talk about my current state and how I'm learning the difference between my mind talking and my body communicating. And spoiler: nobody's perfect at this.

We've been conditioned to override our bodies. To push through. To manage. To think our way out of what we're feeling.

But your body doesn't need you to think. It needs you to listen.

If you've ever wondered whether you're actually tuning in or just going through the motions, this one's for you.
