Tonight brings a full moon, though you might struggle to see it through the mist. Lows bottom out around 25 degrees inland, 27 at the coast. Thursday tells a messier story. Rain arrives by 10 A.M. Statewide. Providence sees a 70 percent chance through the afternoon. The Bay gets soaked — 100 percent certainty by early afternoon. Highs only reach 37 to 38 degrees. That's 25 degrees below normal for early March. Here's the twist. Thursday night, that rain turns to freezing rain and sleet across northwest Rhode Island. A Winter Weather Advisory starts at 5 P.M.
