• Jesus in your Health: Becoming a Temple Keeper
    May 28 2026

    Send us Fan Mail

A lot of Christians have left Jesus out of their health and don’t even realize it.

In this episode, I break down what it actually means to be a Temple Keeper. We talk about why the body is not separate from discipleship, why health is not vanity, why the weight is not the point, and how food, movement, sleep, stress, and daily stewardship become worship when they are surrendered to God.

If we have been stuck in the same cycle of starting over, chasing the scale, stress eating, or acting like this part of our life is optional, this episode will help us see health differently. This is not another diet. This is discipleship. This is a new way to worship.

  • Jesus or the Enemy | Who's Driving Your Health?
    May 22 2026

    Send us Fan Mail

What is really driving your choices right now. Fear or love?

In this episode, I break down the two operating systems so many of us are living from. Fear or love. We talk about how fear distorts food, movement, rest, control, comfort, and even the way we try to steward our health. We also walk through why counterfeit comfort never satisfies, how fear can hide underneath seemingly “good” behaviors, and what it looks like to actually move from love instead.

If you have felt stuck in overeating, under-moving, fear of failure, fear of rejection, control, burnout, or the constant pressure to hold everything together, this episode will help you get underneath the behavior and ask what root it is really coming from.

  • Do You Really Believe Jesus Can Heal YOU?
    May 15 2026

In this episode, I go into the deeper issue behind healing, belief, and the agreements we make with hopelessness without even realizing it. We talk about how self-identity, surrender, stewardship, and biblical belief all shape the way we live, pray, and respond when we are hurting. We also walk through why belief is more than mental agreement, how faith and healing work together, and why aligning your actions with what you say you believe matters so much.

If you have felt stuck in fear, chronic struggle, self-defeating language, or hopelessness, this episode will challenge you to stop agreeing with lies and start living in agreement with God’s truth.

Do you start eating and feel like you can't stop?

In this episode, I unpacks the biblical warning of surfeiting and how overeating, overconsumption, cravings, stress, and self-focus can weigh down both the body and the spirit. I walks through the physiological side of overeating, the emotional and spiritual roots behind cravings, and the practical path back to God’s design through nourishment, movement, fasting, and surrender. If you have felt stuck in cycles of overeating, brain fog, stress eating, insulin resistance, or spiritual heaviness, this message will help you see the root more clearly.

  • Retraining Your Reactions God’s Way | Feelings Are Real. But They Are Not Instructions
    Apr 18 2026

    Send us Fan Mail

What if the reason you keep going back to the same habits is not weakness, but training?

In this episode, I unpack the connection between behavioral psychology, neuroplasticity, spiritual warfare, and everyday obedience. I explains why stress eating, scrolling, avoidance, and other automatic reactions often feel so natural, how those patterns get trained into the brain, and why real freedom requires retraining your reactions instead of just trying harder. This is a powerful conversation on feelings, obedience, extinction bursts, perseverance, naming emotions, and surrendering to God for true transformation.

  • Overcoming the All or Nothing Mindset | The Floor and the Full
    Apr 15 2026

    Send us Fan Mail

If you struggle with the All or Nothing mindset, this episode will change your life.

In this episode, I break down why one slip can turn into a full spiral, why perfectionism is arrogant and unbiblical, and why God never asked you to be perfect. He asked you to be faithful. I talk about the shame cycle behind all-or-nothing thinking, the psychological trap that keeps people stuck, and the simple framework of the floor and the full that helps you build consistency without living in guilt, pressure, or self-condemnation.

If you are tired of starting over, blowing it after one cookie, and swinging back and forth between extremes, this episode will help you choose faithfulness over flawlessness and finally build momentum that lasts.

  • Holy Habits | Crucifying the Habits Holding You Back
    Apr 2 2026

    Send us Fan Mail

What if the issue is not that you need a better plan. What if something in you needs to die?

In this episode, we talk about obedience, sacrifice, Holy Week, daily surrender, and what it really means to take up your cross and follow Jesus. We unpack why so many Christians say they love God while still living on autopilot, why habits are never neutral, and why real spiritual growth does not come from managing sin better but from crucifying the flesh and walking in the power of the resurrection.

If you are tired of scrolling, stress eating, snoozing, negotiating, or living stuck in the same cycle, this episode will challenge you to stop playing games and choose one habit to hand over to God this week.
