Week 3: Desire, Discipline, and Readiness

Sometimes we say we want growth.

Growth asks us to remain consistent.

Sometimes we say we want peace.

Peace asks us to protect what matters.

Sometimes we say we want purpose.

    Purpose asks us to prepare.

And sometimes we say we are ready for what is next…

But readiness is often formed long before the opportunity arrives.

In this week’s episode of The Experience of I AM, we explore how desire, discipline, and consistency work together to prepare us for the opportunities we’ve been praying for.

Because opportunity doesn’t only meet desire.

    Opportunity recognizes readiness.

In this episode you’ll reflect on:
    • Why desire alone isn’t enough
    • How consistency prepares us for what’s next
    • The quiet habits that shape who we are becoming
    • A reflection question and journal prompt to encourage intentional growth

🪞 Reflection Question:Where does my desire need to agree more deeply with my discipline?

✍🏾 Journal Prompt:This week, I will prepare for what I am asking for by consistently showing up in this way…

    Remember…

    Desire speaks.Discipline responds.Readiness is recognized.

    💛 Nourish your mind.
    💛 Honor your heart.
    💛 Grow with intention.

  • Happy Mondays: Water You | Strength in Consistency 🌱
    Jul 13 2026

This month, your assignment is YOU.

Not in a selfish way, but in a stewardship way.

Consistency is not only about showing up for what needs to be done — it is also about showing up for who you are becoming.

In this Happy Mondays message, we are reminded to water our peace, healing, voice, boundaries, joy, faith, and growth. Who you are becoming needs care too.

Take a moment to pause, reflect, and return to what God is growing within you — consistently, gently, and intentionally.

    Reflection Question 🪞✨
Where do I need to consistently return to myself with care, grace, and intention?

    Journal Prompt ✍🏾🌱
This month, I will water who I am becoming by consistently showing up for myself in this way…

    Nourish your mind.
    Honor your heart.
    Grow with intention.

🔔 WEEK 5 — Trust ConfirmedI am at peace within the process.

This week, I release the need to force answers before their time. I acknowledge what has already settled within me.

Trust feels different now. Quieter. More intentional.

Confidence is strengthening my courage. And rushing no longer feels necessary.

The process is still unfolding, but so am I.

And this time, I trust my movement while becoming continues. 🌱🌊

    🪞✨ Reflection Question:

Where do I feel more at peace with the process than I did before?

    ✍🏽📖 Journal Prompt:

What has shifted within me that allows me to trust this season more deeply?

🌱 JUNE CLOSING Have an amazing summer!

June reminded us that we do not need every answer to continue moving forward.

We remained grounded. We trusted our movement. We allowed growth to unfold without rushing ourselves.

The process is not delayed — It is a formation.

The process is not outside of us — it is developing through us.

    Same I AM.

    Steady trust.

    Courageous movement.

    Purpose unfolding. 🌱✨

    Jun 19 2026

My baby 🥹 Malachi’s graduation is more than a milestone — it is legacy in motion.

As my youngest son and the Class of 2026, this moment reminds me that what tried to continue through me did not continue through my children.

Trusting the process, honoring the journey, and giving God the glory. 🌱🙏🏾✨

    🌱🌊 JUNE — TRUSTING THE PROCESS🌱🌊

“The process I am trusting is in my movement.”

Welcome to June — Trusting the Process. 🌱🌊

This month invites us to move with courage while things continue to unfold. Not rushed. Not forced. But willing to be courageous

The process is not delay — it is formation. It is steady growth. It is quite strengthening. It is learning to trust what has already been developing within us.

No more acting like we do not know the steps to take. The process we are trusting is in our movement.

Every season does not require perfect understanding — but it does require willingness.

Trust is not passive. Trust moves. Trust responds. Trust remains present while becoming continues.

Let June remind you that you do not need every answer to take aligned steps forward.

And in this process, We remain grounded, courageous, and present. 🌿✨

    🔔 WEEK 3

I am trusting where this season is guiding me.

Growth often shifts quietly. Not every transition announces itself loudly.

This week invites me to stop resisting what is naturally unfolding. I do not need to control every outcome to remain aligned.

Trust grows stronger when I allow life to develop without forcing every detail. And as I release the pressure to figure everything out, I create space for peace to meet me in the process. 🌱

🪞✨ Reflection Question: Where am I learning to trust what is unfolding naturally?

✍🏽📖 Journal Prompt: What am I learning to release as I continue moving through this season?

    🔔 WEEK 2

I am moving forward even while understanding continues to form.

I no longer need complete certainty to continue moving. Growth is teaching me that movement and understanding can develop together.

This week reminds me that hesitation does not always protect me — Sometimes it delays what is already ready to grow within me.

I trust the wisdom I have gained. I trust the steps already placed before me. And I trust my ability to continue learning while moving forward. 🌿

🪞✨ Reflection Question: Where am I being invited to move forward instead of waiting for perfect understanding?

✍🏽📖 Journal Prompt: What steps do I already know I need to take in this season?
