About this listen

Yoga for Balance is an easy to follow yoga class suitable for those with previous yoga experience. It contains a series of carefully selected asanas (postures), pranayamas (breathing exercises) and mudras (gestures) to encourage physical and emotional balance.

As the body is rarely symmetrical to help prevent injury or any imbalances from creating discomfort it is important to take time to tune into your body with a clear and focussed mind and work to rebalance both body and mind. This yoga class will help you rebalance your entire being.

Yoga for Balance has been devised and narrated by leading yoga teacher and writer Sue Fuller. Sue is the resident yoga expert for Natural Health Magazine and a course author for the British School of Yoga. Sue is the co-founder of Yoga 2 Hear. Yoga 2 Hear have been devising and creating audio yoga classes since 2005.

Would you try another book written by Sue Fuller or narrated by Sue Fuller?

I have enjoyed other sue fuller audios for beginners, but as she tries to incorporate more steps it gets very confusing and lack a good description of what position to be in. I couldn't follow it past the first 15 minutes or so. Complete waste

What was most disappointing about Sue Fuller’s story?

There is no story

Have you listened to any of Sue Fuller’s other performances? How does this one compare?

Yes the others are wonderful for beginners I'm a real fan of the others.

You didn’t love this book--but did it have any redeeming qualities?

No

poor descriptions and very confusing
