All round keto book

This has enough recipes in it to easily get you through a month on the keto plan. I lost 7 lbs in the first three weeks, after this it slowed a bit but still my overall loss for the month was 8.5lbs.

This covers all the meals you are going to need to plan. First off I bought the dinner keto book and then pretty soon realised that I as going to need to address lunch and breakfast as well if I was going to make a go of this.
