I chose this audiobook because I have been experiencing quite a few tensions lately for various reasons, and I needed something that could help me release them. It`s been interesting to understand and practice how much the mind and body are connected. I found the guidance in this audiobook very grounded. I feel better, and I will continue the suggested practice alongside other strategies I am adopting.
