Summary

Ayla

My wings were ready to fly, but he clipped them. Feather by feather, until I had nothing left.

Then my savior came.

He waged a bloodbath to find me. He loves me. He wants his Angel to be free. But how can I fly again when my wings are broken?

Alessio

This war isn’t over. If he thought he could break her and just disappear, he was wrong. I am going to find him and break him like he broke her.

I made a vow to my Angel.

I promised to let her fly...I promised to save her soul.

And I never break my vows.

favorite mafia romance

it's one of my favorite mafia romance. dark and intense. I would recommend Crow: Boston Underworld for something similar - less dark but still intense.

Wow

Loved the series great characters , fantastic story line shame the epilogue was so short, that was the only disappointing part. Great read

The weakest of the 3

You can’t listen to the first 3 and not listen to the conclusion but their is a Lot of filler in this one! The author could have accomplished everything that happened in at least half the pages.

I hated book 3

The female character was so annoying. She was so clueless. The male character went from being a bad ass to annoying. I liked book 1, tolerated book 2 and loathed book 3. They became so infuriating. It dragged on. I couldn’t wait for it to be over.

How long can you drag out a story?

I swear this author did her best to turn a single book into 3, each one dragging on more then the last! The story line started out well, but this author wrote like she’s trying to add every descriptive word for the smallest situation just to lengthen the story. Also don’t get me started on all the repetitive phrase, those got super annoying. Winding skipping ahead through most of the 2nd and 3rd books and really don’t feel like I missed anything. I don’t think I’ll read another book by this author ever again, I just had to see how it ended... btw it was very predictable.

...

Completely and utterly unsatisfying. What was the point of the entire last third of the book.

4.5 stars

As much as I loved this series, I feel like book 3 although good kind of dragged out the story longer than it should have. With that said it kind of had too because you had to see how Ayla was brought back from her darkness by Aleesio. I could easily relisten to this book.

A HEART Racing LOVE Story

This was BEAUTY and the BEAST ? I loved how the characters played off each other. each chapter, kept sucking me in. Too many times I was left breathless! the dramatic & vivid details were drawn graphically throughout my MIND and My body! I did have to stop reading for a few hours. it was a lot for me take in. I can not see a MOVIE, doing this Book justice. The Author Narrators were BEAUTIFULLY orchestrated !
A must read! BRAVO!

Worst Narrator Ever!!!

I really struggled to finish this series. The narrator had mo feeling in her voice. She made this series so boring.

It's ok!

Book one and two were good. Book three SHOULD have been shorter and just wrapped up the story. The author started out the male lead started as a strong fearless mafia leader and then turned him all wimpy. I was irritated throughout but wanted to finish what I started so just skipped throughout. Didn't even waste time listening to the last chapters. The story is good, I just think it could have been completed in two books.

Too long

This series was too long for no reason at all. This could have been finished in two books that lasted about 8 hours each. A lot of the story was fluff. This particular book could have saved at least 4 hours.
