This was a very well done enemies to lovers romance. While there was some bullying (Caiden really disliked Winter initially), it moved on overall pretty quickly, focusing on the underlying arc of the story, which is to find out what happened to Winter's father (who passed away). The suspense was well done, the interactions between the characters were believable and interesting and while there was a bit of immaturity, given this was set in the college setting, that was to be expected. I really look forward to the rest of the story to see what happens with the situation that they are investigating.

I listened to the audiobook and it was really well done. Kelli Tager had a perfect voice for Winter and played the other characters well, although her male voices were weaker than her female voices. Gregory Salinas did wonderfully- I loved his narration and his ability to play multiple characters. Overall, I give the story 4.5 stars and the narration 4.5 stars.

Talk about an epic introduction to a new to me author. Becca Steele did an amazing job with this one. This story had suspense and mystery, some bullying and some of my favorite kind of romance.

Winter and The Four are trying to uncover their parents and there were so many interesting layers uncovered in just this book alone. I loved how it was written in just that way to keep you hooked and glued to the story. And it was all perfectly performed by two fantastic narrators.

Kelli Tager was also new to me but definitely left a good impression. Especially for so many characters. Gregory Salinas I haven't heard much from but I plan to fix that because this performance was so so good.

Now comes the dreaded wait after a major cliffhanger but make no mistake I will be ready and waiting for book two to hit audio.

Bully romance and enemies to lovers has been on my top favorites since I discovered them and I have no regrets so far.

This is a great story, putting just the right mix of that angst we look for—with an overarching mystery and a healthy dose of sexiness to top it off. Winter and Caiden definitely got my attention but the other characters are just as strong. This is bound to be a top fave series.

Kelli Tager and Gregory Salinas we’re perfect for this book their voices have the characters life. Their performance was solid with great inflections, tone, and pace.

This book was great! I loved the author's style of writing it really pulled me in. The characters were well developed and intriguing. There's drama, secrets, lies, and some steamy parts. This book kept me on the edge of my seat and the ending killed me!! I need the second book asap!! This was the my first book by Becca Steel and it defiantly won't be my last! I would recommend this one to anyone who loves enemies to lovers, angst, and suspense just be warned it does end on a cliffhanger!!

I really liked that this was like the Nancy Drew of bully romances. You get a mystery that you have no clue whats going on and the sexy bully heat most of us love. The narrators did a good job and I can be a little picky.
