Summary

Midlife is sheer madness, and the facts of midlife are not taught in school. Unfortunately, some lessons are hellishly hard to learn.

I thought I had it figured out. I was wrong.

Proving I’m the Angel of Mercy is turning into a shitshow of epic proportions.

Not too long ago, I was a 40-year-old gal with a stable and boring life ahead of me. Now? Not so much. I have celestial siblings who are no walk in the park. Their decisions can destroy my future.

And of course, my predecessor has given me a month to do the impossible or I’ll lose everything that means anything to me.

Gluing ghosts back together is turning out to be the easiest part of my job.

Fine. If this is my fate, I accept. Nothing is impossible if you believe.

I choose to believe.

Loved this series

I have totally enjoyed this series . Loved the one liners

Narrator very good and “ invisible’

Happy to recommend
Better to read the series in order though

- only slight annoyance is that the last chapter is repeated as the first chapter of the next book - makes the last book v short as only about 4 hours to start with -

laugh out loud

I do love this series. I've laughed so much, I binged through books 1 to 6. Been months and 100s books since then. But! Book 7 I picked up right as I left it. The knowledge of the characters came right on back to me...well except for the two angel sisters, I tend to get them confused and fuzzy.
The new demon Abbadon enters the story silently and makes a strong impression...yup I like him too!
This book has sadness as well as laughter and fun. You will cry a little. I do think this book could easily be merged with the next or one before. Because of that...I give it 4.5 stars

laugh out loud

Have loved this series, so many laugh out loud moments, Gideon's balls, if you know you know. However I feel ripped off by book 7. At just over 4 hours long, for the price, wasn't necessary. It could be incorporated into books 5 and 6, making them slightly longer, as they are only 6 and a bit hours long. I dont feel it was value for money which is a shame because its a great series.

Perfection amd hilarious too

Loved this crazy, paranormal story. It is hilarious (in my opinion) and their southern accent during the bonkers dialogues just makes it funnier. There are plenty of suspense and action. and clean romance, or more like the love in the connections between friends and family, the real couple romance is on the sidelines.
The end made me tear up a little, there is always some emotional moments in these books.
Narration was perfection, even if a male narrator would make it better, Jessica Almasy was out of this world good.

Short

Read the first books from the plus catalog and enjoyed them as light background noise. Bought this one and while the story continued at the same pace and standard as the previous ones, I feel absolutely duped because the books get shorter as they proceed. This book is half the length of the first and two hours shorter than than most of the others. I will not be purchasing more as the series has definitely turned into no more than a money mill……… shame!

Repetitive & REALLY short.

Like the other reviews have mentioned;, you get short changed with this book. It's several hours shorter than the other books and 30 mins of that is the last chapter from the previous book!! Whilst the storyline is good and the characters upbeat as usual, I found there was loads of repetition from previous books. Annoyingly so and I got slightly irritated at times. Definitely not worth using a credit but by the time you get to book 7 you're already more than hooked and have no choice but to spend it. No, it's not the best book in the series but entertaining enough. I've thoroughly enjoyed the entire series and even though this review isn't overly positive, I'm still looking forward to book 8. Oh, the narrator is brilliant!

Great story but ...

I have very much enjoyed this series, some of which I've previously reviewed, they're hilarious and very entertaining but ... this one is soooo short, all of them are pretty short but this one almost met my cut off limit for buying.
So 2 stars off for only being 4 hours long (the first 30 is the intro and last chapter of the previous book) and still ending on a cliff hanger... just 'RUDE' (channeling my inner Daisy there).
It's still worth a credit though, go on, you know you want to ;)
