Summary

 A USA Today Best Seller

Part one of two

British ad exec Dylan Locke isn't looking for love. He isn't looking for fate. He's definitely not looking for Audrey Lind. She's pretty, far too young, and overly romantic - in short, exhausting.

But when the girl, young enough to be his daughter, literally lands in his lap and asks for his expertise, he'd be lying if he said he wasn't interested. In her body, in her innocence, in her philosophy.

In the kind of kismet that starts with kisses.

But Audrey isn't looking for love either - she's looking for lessons, and she's certain Dylan knows everything she needs to learn.

If he agrees to play the teacher can he keep his heart?

Of course he can.

Then again, he might be lying.

The entire audiobook of Sweet Liar is also included in the audiobook of the conclusion of this series, Sweet Fate.

Age ain’t nothing but a number

Who says a woman can’t date an older man? I think that Shane’s voice just set you on fire Brit lord have mercy. I love this book and hope that it continues into the next one...onto my next book. Laurelin you did your thing as usual...

Not bad, but not my thing.

I love Shane’s narrations, so it’s a given I’ll take a listen to whatever he does. Carly isn’t bad, but I found some of my issues with this novella was that her voice felt too young for her character to Shane’s feeling too old for his age. It almost felt like an older teen with a 50ish man instead of a young woman with a 40ish one. It’s a significant difference for me.

Cute but the Narrator! Ugh...

Carly Robins’ voice and accent as the hero Dylan...annoying! Her narration as Dylan takes all the hot out of Dylan. Nobody would want to get with that voice. Why can’t the girls just read the girl parts and boys read the boy parts??

Soooo hot!!!

This story is soooo hot! I love Audiobooks and in this one the British accent the actor who plays Dylan has, was panty-melting! I always enjoy Laurelin Paige’s books, that’s why I chose this one. Now I’m off to the next one. The storyline is awesome!

Great story, but short

I love the story, but it felt like a prequel instead of an entire book. I listened to this free through Audible Escape, but would have been upset if I’d used a credit. Also, I don’t like this female narrator. I like the male narrator, but he doesn’t do a good female voice.

Was Hoping For HEA...

I can't say that I didn't enjoy listening to; "Sweet Liar: Dirty Sweet, Book 1" it's just I was looking for a HEA.
I felt this book didn't but I can compliment the narrators performance.

There were times in the storylines I could tell there was chemistry, it just wasn't played out long enough. This book just didn't do it for me.

Very Hot

Shane East was the perfect person to play this part. I can't wait to get my next credit so that I can get the next part of their story. Carly Robins did a great job playing the young female character's part also.

Can not handle the narration by Carly Robins.

The story was meh. I was excited cause I like Laurelin Paige writing but this one was a big miss. Not sure if it was that I really dislike when Carly Robins she sounds like she is just tying too hard.
