Would you consider the audio edition of Sailboat Cruising (AUDIOTOPICS) to be better than the print version?
I listened to Sailboat Cruising just prior to spending 3 days cruising on a 34' Benneteau with my family. They've been sailing for years, but I have only had minimal experience and was worried that I'd be useless as a crew member. This audio really helped me to not feel like a complete idiot going aboard. I was able to formulate some reasonably intelligent questions, and understood some of the terms and concepts without needing explanation. There's always more to learn, but this program provided a lot of good fundamental information, both conceptual and hands-on. I also like that it is narrated in a friendly and engaging style, with ample real-life examples and situations. Very helpful.
