I find the sound of ocean waves to be very relaxing. This is awesome, not only is it relaxing but I use it to help my husband to sleep, she has had problems sleeping for some time.

I have to say first I lived in Greece for 11 years and love the sound of the ocean. But a lot of the ocean, sea sounds you find in audiobooks tend to have seagulls or seabirds in the background which I tend to find quite annoying. When you're abroad in a hot country sitting on a beach, you do not hear thousands upon thousands of seagulls or seabirds chattering away, you just hear the sound of the sea which is really calming and relaxing and a beautiful sound. The first track is quite good because it does not have birds chattering away.. I wish there were more audiobooks which had sea sounds, but no birds which sounds like you are in a English harbour, like Scarborough or Grimsby.

The sounds are good but not long enough, and you can actually hear the repeats and these edits are done unprofessionally. I asked Audible for a refund but they refused.
