Wow, so many twists!
I enjoyed this book. It was intense, spicy, and kept me engaged. I wasn’t sure what to expect going into this. I knew there would be triggering content, but I didn’t expect to feel so many emotions when it came to Elise’s history. Weston was Elise’s hero and a bright light in all the darkness. There were a lot of plot twists, but there there were times I had mixed feelings. I ended up wanting more from this story and overall it was a good book. I thoroughly enjoyed the narration by Lacy Laurel and Lance Greenfield.

Weston & Elise

At first I thought this was going to be an average book… spoilt rich princess seeking attention and a overall loose cannon but I was surprised when some things came to life. Once I realised that Elise was so much more than that and where her issues were coming from I knew this audiobook was going to be a good one. And holly Molly unexpected plot twist… that really made the book.
If the end didn’t feel so rushed and the epilogue showed us their lives further into the future this book would have received a 5 star from me.
Lance Greenfield and Lacy Laurel voice Weston and Elise and really bring them to life.

TW ahead
Read the trigger warnings!! That being said, definitely proceed. The narrators did an amazing job. The story flowed well, and the characters were multifaceted. The story kept my imagination going and I enjoyed it.
